If you wish to withdraw from a contract concluded via our online shop, you can use the online form below.

Enter the details required to identify your order and click the button “Withdraw from the contract”. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the email address provided.

To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient to send a notice before the deadline expires.
